Endless sea views and beach access are the star aspects of Seascape Villa, which is perfectly designed to maximise its spectacular location.

Inside

Set on a large plot on a secluded location, the main house has two large master bedroom suites and is surrounded by wide terraces taking advantage of the views. Downstairs are two separate apartments, each with their own individual access, from the lower patio.

The main entrance to the house is on the ground floor which leads into spacious living room with open fireplace and stone corner seating area. At one end of the room is the dining area leading into into the fitted kitchen. Balcony doors open out onto the huge covered veranda with fabulous views out to sea and the Greek mainland.

This level also has a guest bathroom and a staircase leading to the cellar, garage and lower floor apartments.

A staircase leads up to a spacious hallway which is currently an office/work area. Two spacious master bedrooms have their own en-suite and dressing areas, as well as access to the screened jacuzzi terrace.

Downstairs on the lower floor there is a one bedroom apartment as well as a wine cellar, household utilities area, potential pool equipment room, large garage and workshop.

On the second lower floor there is another apartment which is complete with spacious living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Outside

The is plenty of space for construction of a swimming pool, either close to the house or on the lower terrace.

Access to the beach is via a short path just before the gated entrance to the property, which crosses the small beach road meandering along the coast.

This part of the island has predominantly private luxury villas, due to the beautiful landscape and proximity to the sea. Some of the most famous fish tavernas on the island are only a few minutes drive.
