It is fully furnished with authentic “belle époque” antique pieces as well as modern comfortable sofas. An energy saving fireplace offers warmth for cooler evenings and during winter time. The sitting room opens to the grand veranda where you have direct access to the pool and an unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea. The terrace is large enough to provide both sitting and dining facilities. The kitchen, located to the side and rear of the living room is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances. There is no shortage of storage space in this lovely house. Also on the ground floor there is a comfortable master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

There is a self-contained studio for three people, with private external access, ideal as a guest house or staff accommodation.

On the upper floor there are 2 master bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms, equipped with king size beds plus divan(s). Both rooms enjoy stunning sea views with large balconies to the front overlooking the gardens and pool.

Other amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, solar facilities, alarm system, auxiliary refrigerators, BBQ built-in grill (outside) and each floor has independent central heating.

Furniture, fixtures and fittings are included in the price apart from a few personal items, making this villa ready for immediate occupation.


One of the best features of this villa is the sense of complete privacy that it provides. It is a gated estate that is fenced all the way around and planted with palm trees, leylandii and other ornamental plants, a woodland forest leading down to the sea.

The driveway is paved and lit, with an electric gate, leading to an ample parking area that accommodates 4 vehicles. Lighted stone walkways lead to the house from the garden.

The large swimming pool comprises both the main pool area (1.0m – 2.80m depth) and a shallow customized section for children. (0.80 depth).

Access to the little beach below can be achieved with the construction of a pathway from the villa.

The house is located in the foothills of the northern part of the island, famous for its tranquility, sandy beaches and lush vegetation. There are numerous tiny sandy bays and traditional tavernas to the east for those who prefer a quieter holiday atmosphere.
